Cancellation Policy
- To confirm your reservation, a 30% prepayment of the total stay cost is required via bank transfer or credit card (Visa or MasterCard).
- If cancelled 31 days or more before arrival, 50% of the prepayment is refunded (any expenses are charged to the guest).
- If cancelled 30 days or less before arrival, no amount is refunded.
- In case of no-show, the full amount is charged.
- The remaining 70% balance must be settled before arrival.
